The Emergency Management team at ntb consists of experienced certified professionals. ntb is a DHS (Department of Homeland Security) certified provider of NIMS and ICS training. ntb is also certified by DHS as an HSEEP exercise provider.

ntb's Director of Operations for Emergency Management, Paul Seldes, has over 30 years experience in planning, developing and conducting complex preparation, response and recovery operations.

ntb was on the ground immediately after the Sept 11 2001 attacks in New York and spent 9 months involved in rescue and recovery operations. ntb was on the ground in Mississippi in 2005 after Hurrican Katrina. And ntb was on the ground in New Orleans in 2008 preparing for Hurricane Gustav.

ntb has developed complete, comprehensive training programs, developed integration plans and developed integrated operating procedures for E Team and WebEOC systems in multiple EOCs across the US.

ntb’s Public Safety training professionals come from a wide range of disciplines with 30+ years of experience in military, law enforcement, public administration, fire/rescue, EMS, Emergency Management and education. Our network of contract professionals can staff any project and help our client scale to any requirements.

ntb is a member of the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce.

ntb provides free website hosting and development to the Indian River County VOAD (Voluntary organizations Active in Disaster).
